Two Tired Travel Buddies
Marissa and I certainly are two tired travel buddies.
When our parents left for India, we were ready for a whole week and a half of girl party time. Shopping in NYC, painting nails, watching chick flicks, dance parties, swimming and the whole nine yards. Little did we know that we would get the saddest news that same night about TJ's dad. (More to come about that soon. I'm just not up to writing such a sad post yet.) Immediately, we changed our plans and were off to Arizona as soon as we could be.
We've been back for a few days and I think we are still off and unsure of what day or time it is. Marissa summed it up perfectly the other night when she said. "I feel like this past week actually felt like a whole month!" Amen to that.
