Crafty Makeover

Have you ever had something lying around your house that you felt could use a simple makeover? Introducing my latest project.


I have been loving everything chevron pattern lately, and yet own nothing chevron, so I decided to do a crafty makeover on this magnetic board we had in the closet. I didn't even think to take a before picture, so just imagine the wood surrounding the board was all black with some words at the top. I removed the sticker words, used painters tape to help get straight lines and painted away.

Now I feel like I have a new board and can't wait to get hubby to hang it up in the kitchen.
